A Message from Our Representative

Thank you for visiting the website of Teraren, LLC.

Based in the beautiful area of Hayama on the Shonan coast, we take on the challenge of creating new value by bringing together two seemingly different fields: real estate management and AI technology.

In real estate management, our first priority is to protect our owners' valuable assets and provide comfortable living. We value regular inspections, prompt responses to issues, and attentive care in every detail.

The name "TERAREN" captures the essence of our business.

TERA

"Tera" as in the data unit "terabyte." It represents our origins in the rental server business, where we once provided large-capacity storage.

REN

"Ren" as in "rental." From rental servers in digital space to real estate rentals in physical space. The form differs, but the essence of providing people with "space" is the same.

A rental server is a rental in digital space; real estate is a rental in physical space.
Whatever the field, our mission of providing people with valuable "space" stays the same.
We will keep creating new value beyond the boundary between digital and physical.

History

  • 2011
    Launched a large-capacity rental server business

    At a time when no rental server offered large-capacity storage, we launched a service to meet the need to exchange and distribute large volumes of data.

  • April 2018
    Founded Teraren, LLC.

    Incorporated in Hayama, Kanagawa

  • 2018
    Launched the real estate rental business

    Started offering rental spaces. Through renovating and improving properties, we grew the business with a focus on maximizing value for the people who rent them.

  • 2020
    Ended the 1TB rental server service

    Due to changing market needs, we ended the large-capacity rental server service and focused on the real estate business and new technology ventures.

    Started sharing local information

    Opened a blog on DIY, maintenance and life in Hayama

    Full-scale expansion into AI and technology

    Ramped up development of our own products using proprietary data and AI technology
