These Terms of Service (hereinafter the "Terms") set out the conditions for using this website and related services (hereinafter the "Services") provided by Teraren, LLC. (hereinafter the "Company"). Persons using the Services (hereinafter "Users") must agree to these Terms before using the Services.

Article 1 (Application)

1. These Terms apply to all relationships between Users and the Company relating to the use of the Services.

Article 4 (Copyright)

2. Users must not reproduce, republish, modify, sell, publish, or otherwise use the content on the Services beyond the scope of the User's own private use without the Company's prior written consent.

Article 5 (Disclaimer)

However, this disclaimer does not apply if the contract between the Company and a User regarding the Services (including these Terms) constitutes a consumer contract as defined in the Consumer Contract Act.

Article 6 (Linked Websites)

Even where links from the Services to other websites, or links from other websites to the Services, are provided, the Company shall bear no responsibility whatsoever, for any reason, for websites other than the Services or for information obtained from them.

Article 7 (Changes to the Services, etc.)

The Company may change the content of the Services or discontinue the provision of the Services without notice to Users, and shall bear no responsibility whatsoever for any damage incurred by Users as a result.

Article 8 (Changes to the Terms of Service)

Article 10 (Prohibition of Assignment of Rights and Obligations)

Article 11 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
2. In the event of any dispute regarding the Services, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company's head office shall have exclusive agreed jurisdiction.
