Our Story
From digital space to physical space: the journey of Teraren, always taking on new challenges
Launching a rental business in digital space
Started a 1TB rental server business offering large-capacity storage, enabling large data transfers that were rare at the time.
Expanding into the rental of physical space
Registered Teraren, LLC. and launched a real estate business that maximizes value for the people who rent our spaces through renovations and improvements.
Creating new value with AI × real estate
We use technology to optimize experiences in both the digital and the physical world, and we keep taking on new domains.
The Origin of Our Name
"Tera" comes from the terabyte, and "Ren" from rental.
We started with rental in digital space (rental servers)
and moved on to rental in physical space (real estate).
